About WCEO

WCEO promotes community empowerment through accessible health, education, and fair housing initiatives—addressing educational, economic, and housing disparities through wraparound services and strong local partnerships.

Our Focus Areas

We address interconnected challenges through three core pillars of service.

Community Outreach

Direct engagement with residents through food pantry operations, recovery meetings, and neighborhood-level support initiatives.

Collaborative Partnerships

Working with local organizations, faith communities, and agencies to coordinate resources and build a stronger safety net across Westchester.

Capacity Building

Developing the organizational foundation, expertise, and partnerships needed to launch residential, youth, and supportive service programs in the future.

How We Work

Partnership Model

We collaborate with local schools, churches, nonprofits, health providers, and government agencies to coordinate services and avoid duplication. Our partnership-first approach ensures resources reach those who need them most.

Community Events

From our annual Health & Education Street Fair to regular workshops and screenings, we bring services directly to the community. These events create connections and break down barriers to access.

Wraparound Services

We recognize that challenges are interconnected. Our wraparound approach addresses multiple needs simultaneously—health, housing, education, and economic mobility—to create lasting stability.

Our Values

Dignity

We treat every person with respect and honor their inherent worth.

Access

We remove barriers and ensure services are available to all who need them.

Safety

We create safe spaces and pathways for vulnerable populations.

Equity

We work to address systemic disparities and level the playing field.

Transparency

We operate with openness and accountability to our community.

Collaboration

We believe in the power of partnerships to create lasting change.
